In addition, the consideration paid for the acquisition effectively included amounts in relation to the beneft of expected synergies , revenue growth, future market development and the combined workforce of Orbit Garant and the acquired businesses. These benefts are not recogni zed separately from goodwill, because they do not meet the recognition criteria for identifable intangible assets.
