A TOX™ V ertical Roller Mill The A TOX raw mill saves space and energy and delivers highly r eliable operation for crushing and grinding all types of raw materials, coal and pet coke. Its high- performance separator and optimised airfow ensur e high separation ef fciency and low pr essur e loss for energy savings. Large diameter r ollers permit coarse feed and ensur e a thick grinding bed for max- imum uptime. The A TOX mill is easily adaptable to high airfow r equir ed by especially wet or easy to grind materials. WPU and WPV Gear Unit The compact 2-stage and 3-stage MAAG™ Gear bevel and planetary gearbox transmits power fr om the electric motor to the grinding table. It r educes the speed of the electric motor to the desir ed speed of the grinding table and changes the horizontal input axis to a vertical output axis. It combines customer -specifc design of gear units with very high ef fciency and operational r eliability . Other benefts include short installation time, low-cost maintenance and long service life. Hydraulic Roller Pr ess (HRP) The r oller pr ess is used together with a ball mill to grind cement clinker and brittle material by subjecting it to immense pr essur e, pr oducing micr o-cracks in the material as well as a substantial amount of fne material. As an upgrade, the HRP can incr ease capacity by up to 100 As part of a new installation, it can r educe energy consumption by 20-30 compar ed with traditional ball mill grinding systems. Suitable for variety of cement types, the HRP of fers low operational and maintenance costs, is available with either welded or bandage wear lining and has a hinged frame for easy r oller r emoval. 7 OK V ertical Roller Mill As the only V ertical Roller Mill (VRM) specifcally designed to grind cement clinker , blast fur nace slag and a variety of mixed cement types, t h e O K M i l l i s t h e most ef fcient VRM for cement grinding applications. The OK mill combines drying, grinding and separa - tion pr ocesses into a single unit for a simplifed plant layout.
