Page 1 18 “The Porcupine Camp” A New Golden Era Page 1 16 larities to the world class Hollinger - McIntyre-Coniaurum gold system located at T immins which has pro - duced approximately 35 million ounces of gold plus 7 million ounces of silver . W est Porcupine is located in Sewell T ownship approximately 50 km southwest of T immins. Access to the property from T im - mins is excellent via Highway 101, then by utilizin g a network of gravel and bush roads which provide cov - erage to most areas of the property . Altogether , the property encom - passes an area of approximat ely 30 km2, comprising 83 staked claims, and covers roughly 10 kilometres of the DPFZ and/or splays of f it, in an east-west direction. Prodigy Gold is near a production decision on its Magino Project, a past producing under ground gold mine located 40 km northeast of W awa. A new resource estimate, dominated by Indicated gold resources, sets the key parameters for the proposed gold mining project as Magino advances through the feasibility process. The resource contains a lar ge propor - tion of gold resources above a grade of 0.50 gpt gold (5,033,000 ounces of Indicated resource grading 1.06 gpt gold (147.7 million tonnes) and 255,000 ounces of Inferred resource grading 1.16 gpt gold (6.8 million tonnes), which the company be - lieves will provide a focus for mill head-grade optimization studies. Prodigy believes that this higher grade material will support a mine plan which maximizes mill head grade, potentially lowering cash costs per ounce and improving proj - ect NPV . Rogue Resources Inc, formerly Golden Chalice Resources Inc., has two T immins area projects. The Langmuir nickel deposit was dis - covered by Golden Chalice in 2007 by diam ond-drilling versatile time domain electromagnetic (VTEM) anomalies in komatiite lavas of the Shaw Dome. The company drilling identife d three parallel zones of nickel mineraliza - tion hosted by peridotitic komatiite, referred to as the A, B and C zones. In 201 1, Rogue Resources drilled 13 holes totalli ng 2282 m on the W4 nickel deposit. Six HQ size diamond-drill holes on the A Zone were completed for met - allur gical testin g and 7 NQ holes on the W4 deposit tested for the east - ward extension of the deposit. Rogue acquire d the Radio Hill iron deposit in Penhorwood T ownship west of T immi ns from several T im - mins prospectors who staked the de - posit after mining leases on the prop - erty expired. Prior to that staking, Kukatush Min - ing Corp. (Ontario) Ltd. had done a considerable amount of work on the property between 1959 and 1965 in - cluding extensive diamond drilling and metallur gical testing of a 3,000 ton bulk sample. In 1961 several historic mineral re - source determi nations using variable depths and pit parameters indicated the Radio Hill iron deposit contained between 158 million tons grading 27.8 iron and 427 million tons grading 27.3 iron. In 1965, a posi - tive feasibility study was completed but no production was achieved. The Radio Hill iron deposit is an Archean banded iron formati on con - sisting of thinly bedded chert and magnetite. The deposit is east-striking, plunges to the northwest and is considerably thickened by folding over a length of 4 km. Rogue complet ed a diamond-drilling campaign on the property to confrm the historic resource and to test for extensions to the deposit. Rogue duplicated historic drilling on the south portion of the deposit and also drilled the thicker central part. SGX Resources Inc. is working two prospects, known as T immins North Deposit and the T immins South De - posit. T immins North consists of 18 pat - ented claims in T ully T ownship. SGX and San Gold Corporation ac - quired the property , formerly known as the Nickel Of fsets and later the Black Pearl gold prospect, from Ca - nadian Lithium Inc. Over the last year , the company completed a diamond-drillin g pro - gram of 4,727 m in 13 holes to ex - pand historic gold resources on the property and to in-fll gaps between previously drilled zones of gold mineralization. The deposit is overlain by up to 35 m of clay , silt and till overburden. In the search for near surface bedrock for development of an under ground ramp portal, SGX carried out a seis - mic survey over the deposit. Baseline data collection for water quality was initiated in anticipation of a future under ground exploration program. T immins South includes 37 claims consisting of 335 claim units in So - thman, Semple, Halliday and Nursey townships. SGX has been actively exploring the property over the last two years. A diamond drillin g program of over 40 drill holes was completed in 201 1. Exploration active on all sides of the Por cupine Gold Camp Cont’d from pg. 1 15
