Page 46 By Gregory Reynolds It has a unique ore body but Zenyatta V entures Ltd also realizes it must un der go a complete reor ganization Zenyatta has discovered the lar gest and very rare ultrahighpurity graph ite deposit in Northern Ontario called the Albany The Albany Deposit is located 30km north of the T ransCanada Highway and is situated in the proximity of power lines and a natural gas pipeline It is near the community of Constance Lake First Nation as well as the T own of Hearst in Northeastern Ontario A rail line is loca ted 70km from the de posit and an allweather road exists approximately 4km away Zenyatta s deposit contains the lar g est and only high purity hydrothermal volcanic in nature graphite mineral ization being developed in the world High purity graphite is gainin g promi nence at a time when Zenyatta discov ered a very rare hydrothermal graph ite deposit which can be upgraded with very good crystallinity without the use of aggressive acids and high temperature thermal treatment Zenyatta has discovered an easy and environmentally friendly process that consists of grinding foating and caustic treatment using sodium hydroxide The company has been able to achieve an extraordinary carbon purity result of 999 percent in benchscale tests using this proprietary and environmen tally safe method of purifcation Zenyatta is at an exciting and critical stage that will require funding or gani zational change and increased manage ment capacity to allow for longterm sustainable growth Zenyatta s mission statement is to be one of the world s leading suppliers of highquality carbon and graphene with the following near term 2018 strategic business objectives Complete the PreFeasibility Study PFS on the Albany deposit based on production of highpurity carbon bud get 30M Initiate a Scoping Study of Albany high purity carbon conversion to graphene budget 25M Initiate a Revenue Model Study on the development of a highpurity car bon conversion to graphene budget 05M and Recruit the necessary skill sets to man age Zenyatta along a path to achieve the strategic business plan This will also include reor ganizing our team and real locating certain personnel for more ef fectiveness Keith Morrison chairman of Zenyatta commented in my brief time at Zenyat ta I have learned a lot about the Albany project and talked with many passionate shareholders W e all agree that the company has a very compelling opportunity with a valuable nanomaterial As any or gani zation grows and evolves it will experi ence change A critic al point has come and we are presenting this summary of our strategic objectives to focus ef forts to elevate Zenyatta to another level The company will update shareholders on the advancement of these key objectives and look for ward to receiving feedback The Albany Graphite Deposit is comprised of two vertical carrot shaped breccia pipes which have been determine d to extend to a min imum of 500m and both are open at depth The deposit has no surface expres sion as it is overlain by muskeg glacial till and Paleozoic carbonate rocks of the James Bay Lowlands Petrography and geochemist ry by Dr Conly and his research group indicate that the graphitehosting igneous intrusive breccias are pre dominantly syenite Graphite occurs in the matrix as disseminated crystals crystal ag gregates and veins as well as along crystal boundaries and as small veins penetrating the breccia frag ments The gangue mineralogy of the matrix consists predominantly of feldspar moderate quartz minor phlogopite and amphibole and trace amounts of pyrite pyrrhototie and magnetite Both pipes are intruded by a syenite sill which postdates the graphite mineralization The deposit is interpreted as near surface volcanic vent breccias that formed during the ascent of car bonrich fuids carbon dioxide and methane that separated from the al kalic magmas of the Albany Alkalic Complex
